Palisade, Colorado near Grand Junction.
As Executive Chef Marcelo Marino likes to say, "Life is Good." Indeed. In Colorado we are blessed with an abundance of fresh, sustainable foods, from the world's best peaches, fruits and produce to fish, beef, lamb, pork and wild game. Our culinary staff is dedicated to taking such bounty and creating imaginative, delicious food, beautifully presented in the classic French tradition. Pair these creations with our excellent local wines, and you will agree with Palisade's official motto, "Life tastes good here!"

Complimentary with your stay, our hearty Wine Country Inn Breakfast, is cooked fresh and features your favorites like eggs and freshly baked in house pastries and other treats to start your day.
On September 29, 2013 we will launch a Sunday Brunch which will feature a la carte specialties such as omelets or crepes to order. A Bloody Mary/Cocktail Bar will be offered with brunch. Prices and menu will be published soon.
Realizing our traveling guests don't have exact schedules for eating, Chef has initiated a fresh farm to table lunch menu featuring local sustainable foods. Selections change daily, depending on availability of foods. His creations are imaginative, delicious and good for you—a real treat after fast food on the road.
We invite you to join us in the lobby to sample our own label selections. We offer Sauvignon Blanc, Ten Acre Red and Merlot.
From time to time, we also will invite local vintners to come and pour their wines for your enjoyment. We are proud of our Colorado wines and encourage you to taste them, then get out and visit our local tasting rooms.
Whether you prefer informal, formal our casual dining, dinner will available in Tapestry Lounge, Caroline's or in our beautifully landscaped Courtyard. The same Wine Country Inn Menu that is based on fresh, sustainable local foods paired with local wines will be available to all patrons, regardless of where they are seated.
Note: Caroline's will be utilized for Sunday Brunch, Afternoon Teas, lunch and dinner as well as for private wine tastings and dinners that are not open to the public.
Chef has created an insulated snack bag stuffed with bottled water, sausage, cheese, sweets, mustard, pickles, olives or nuts, jam, toast or crackers with cutlery and napkins to grab and go as you tour the tasting rooms or hit the road. Advance ordering is recommended so ingredients will be fresh.
Menu selections subject to change depending on availability of local products.
